How to find your first hire with ReacherX
Search for people whose work fits the role, then send an invitation that explains why you're interested in them.
âFrontend engineerâ covers a lot of different work. Someone who builds landing pages may not want a job untangling a large application's keyboard navigation.
Before looking for your first hire, write down what you actually need help with.
Search for the work, not just the title
You can ask ReacherX:
Help me find frontend engineers on X/Twitter and LinkedIn who have shared work on accessibility or complex web apps. We're a small team hiring someone to improve our product's UI. They need to work within three hours of our time zone.
Change those details to match the real role. If a requirement is optional, say so. You don't want a useful person excluded because you listed every nice-to-have as essential.
Open the results and look at what they've made or written. Was it their project? What did they contribute? Would you want to ask them about it in an interview?
