You know you need to reach people, but you aren't sure which audience or approach to try. Both Origami and ReacherX aim to help with more than writing a message.

## What Origami proposes

[Origami](https://origami.chat/) can start from your website, recommend ways to reach customers, and run approved campaigns. Its page describes web research, finding decision-makers, contact enrichment, sequencing, content creation, and company-level website visitor information.

It also lists creator search and other search categories.

If choosing and running a customer-acquisition campaign is your immediate job, inspect one proposed campaign from audience to sending. Pay attention to which actions require a connected sender and which parts use credits.

## How the job is organized in ReacherX

ReacherX starts with the people you need and the purpose of the workspace. You might be recruiting interview participants for a study rather than trying to sell them anything.

△ Agent looks across X/Twitter and LinkedIn for people who fit your description and pulls together what it can learn about each one. Each person has a profile where you can review evidence, work on a plan, track progress, and continue a supported conversation.

For several selected people, you can give △ Agent shared or person-specific instructions and prepare separate plans. That is useful when one person needs a short introduction while another already knows enough to discuss the work.

## Work out what should happen after a reply

For an interview invitation, a reply might ask how long the session takes or whether it is paid. The relevant next step depends on the answer, not on how many messages were in your original plan.

When new replies or interactions arrive, ReacherX can revisit the plan and change what it does next. Saved workspace instructions help keep the approach consistent. Start with review-required sending so you can inspect the decisions while learning the product.

This doesn't guarantee correct judgment. You still need to keep the study details accurate and check the person's actual progress. A completed outreach plan isn't proof that an interview happened.

## Try the workflow you need today

If email campaigns or website visitor identification are requirements, examine Origami's documented offer carefully. Those are not current ReacherX features; the product is still in beta and focuses on supported X/Twitter and LinkedIn outreach.

If your work regularly shifts among candidates, partners, participants, and customers, try those differences in ReacherX's workspaces. The [CRM guide](/blog/manage-people-with-reacherx) shows what changes and what stays together.

I build ReacherX and checked Origami's site on September 10, 2026. Compare its current plans with [ReacherX pricing](/pricing) for the actions you need.
