A booked demo is a useful outcome when you're selling software. It isn't the outcome when you're looking for a research participant or inviting someone to a community.

Before choosing an outreach agent, be clear about what success means for your work.

## Gojiberry starts with sales

[Gojiberry](https://gojiberry.ai/) describes an agent that learns about your business from its website, finds and scores likely buyers, and runs outreach through email and social channels. It also says it adjusts using conversion results.

Automatic research, scoring, and adaptation aren't unique to ReacherX. Gojiberry's site describes the same loop: find and score prospects against your ideal customer, reach out over email and socials, and adjust from conversion results.

For a sales use case, inspect the proposed audience and the messages before judging either product. A buyer score is a hypothesis you should be able to check, not a reason to skip reading the person's background.

## ReacherX lets the purpose change

A ReacherX workspace can be for customers, candidates, investors, partners, creators, research participants, community members, or podcast guests. The use case ReacherX assigns from your description changes △ Agent's instructions and the language used to track people: Sourced, Interviewing, and Hired for recruiting, or Found, Negotiating, and Collaborating for creator outreach. Profiles keep each person's evidence, progress, and supported conversations close to that work.

## Tell the system what it should remember

For a community invitation, you might want △ Agent to offer a helpful resource before mentioning the group. For recruiting, you might require the pay range in the first message. ReacherX can save that as a workspace instruction and retrieve it for relevant later work. It also reviews recorded activity for useful lessons, but it doesn't retrain its underlying model on each conversation or guarantee better results every week.

Look at the next plan after making a correction. Does it reflect the instruction? Can you see the saved memory? Those are practical checks you can make yourself in [Agent observability](/blog/understand-agent-observability).

## Decide how much work can happen without you

ReacherX's default sending mode requires review. Autonomous mode can send supported outreach without another approval. Learn that distinction before starting existing plans or handing over more work.

If email outreach is essential, Gojiberry's documented coverage matters: its site describes multichannel outreach over email and socials with enrichment from 15+ data providers, while ReacherX v4 beta does not yet send Gmail or Outlook email. If the goal is broader than sales and begins on X/Twitter or LinkedIn, try ReacherX with that specific audience.

I build ReacherX, and Gojiberry's site was checked September 10, 2026; its improvement claims aren't independently tested here. Compare its current offer with [ReacherX pricing](/pricing), then judge the people and conversations you actually get.
