Someone visits your pricing page, tries your product, and later comments on a relevant post. For a sales team, connecting those events may be more useful than discovering another hundred names.

Someone organizing their first research study has a different starting point. They may have no visitors, customer data, or sales team at all.

## Where Common Room fits

[Common Room](https://www.commonroom.io/) combines buyer intelligence, enrichment, signals, AI agents, and workflows. Its site describes unifying signals across CRM, product, marketing, and engagement (customer stories mention product usage, website visits, and GitHub activity) into one continuously updated view of every buyer.

That is a meaningful reason to evaluate it if your problem is understanding buyers across the information your organization already has. Ask for a demonstration using the sources you actually use. See whether you can trace an apparent buying signal back to the underlying event.

Common Room has AI agents. Calling ReacherX agentic doesn't establish an advantage by itself.

## Where ReacherX starts earlier

In ReacherX, you can begin with a purpose and an audience description. For a research study, explain the experience participants need and what would rule someone out. △ Agent looks for possible matches on X/Twitter and LinkedIn, checks them against the requirements, and gathers available details.

Open a result and read the evidence. A post about the subject may indicate relevant experience, but it doesn't mean the person wants to join your study. You still have to make a sensible invitation.

The same application supports hiring, partnerships, creators, investors, and other people-focused goals. Workspaces keep their requirements, plans, memories, and progress separate.

Read a result's profile before approving outreach, and if the person doesn't fit, correct the audience rather than polishing a message for them. [Agent observability](/blog/understand-agent-observability) shows the work behind discovery and memory, though neither replaces reading a few actual results.

## Decide which gap you need to close

If you need to combine buying activity across an existing business, make that your Common Room evaluation. If you need to find and reach specific people for what you're working on, try that goal in ReacherX, though one place to work doesn't make it a substitute for the data sources a larger organization runs. Its outreach currently runs on X/Twitter and LinkedIn, with email sending and a unified inbox still planned.

Common Room's site was checked September 10, 2026, and this article reports no hands-on benchmark. I build ReacherX, still in beta; check the current Common Room offer and [ReacherX pricing](/pricing) before buying.
