Find the people already looking

The plan was to read public conversations across posts, forums, and articles for people who needed what you offered. When ReacherX found a potential customer, it would notify you.

You would start with evidence of a need, rather than a list of names and a guess.

Understand the person before reaching out

Finding a name is only the first step. I wanted ReacherX to explain the person's problem, interests, and relevant public activity.

That context would help you write a reply that belongs in the conversation. Something useful and specific, without a generic pitch.

Follow up with a reason

A follow-up should have a reason behind it. The plan was to use relevant public activity to help identify a useful time to reconnect.

The goal was to avoid both constant reminders and forgotten conversations.

Keep the relationship going

Customer acquisition does not end with the first reply. I wanted ReacherX to help notice brand mentions and complaints, so people could respond while there was still a chance to help.

That meant treating existing customers as people worth listening to, too.

Reduce the repetitive work

The roadmap included help with outreach, replies, and direct messages in the user's voice, along with workspaces and integrations.

Those were ambitions, not a shipping schedule. The current ReacherX keeps outreach subject to your approval.
